飯尾 裕光|有機農業家
1975年、愛知県津島市出身。自然食品、天然雑貨を扱う株式会社りんねしゃの2代目として有機農業・自然食運動の変遷を見て育ち、里山の農と食と暮らしに魅了される。2006年にオーガニックカフェを創業し、2008年から北海道紋別郡滝上町で多面的農業を学ぶ循環型農場を設立し、愛知と北海道の二拠点でアグリビジネスを展開。「農的な取り組みは生きる原点であり根本である」という信念のもと、2011年に地域循環型農業と市場形成の実践を念頭に置いた「暮らしの朝市(旧てづくり朝市)実行委員会」を夫婦で設立。2014年より都市近郊型体験農園を運営、2020年農業法人 株式会社みんパタプロジェクトを設立など国内外問わず精力的に活動をしている。
Hiromitsu Iio | Organic Farmer
Born in Tsushima, Aichi in 1975, he grew up witnessing the evolution of organic farming and the natural food movement as the second generation president of Rinnesha, an organic foods and natural goods company, and became fascinated with the agriculture, food, and lifestyle of mountainous community. In 2006, he founded an organic cafe, and in 2008, he established a circular-based farm in Takinoue town, Hokkaido, where visitors are able to learn about multifuncional agriculture, and he has expanded agribusiness to two locations in Aichi and Hokkaido. Based on the belief that “agricultural efforts are the origin and foundation of life,” he and his wife founded the “Kurashi no Asaichi” in 2011, with the aim of practicing regional circular agriculture and market formation. Since 2014, he has been running an experiential farm near an urban area, and in 2020, he founded the agricultural corporation Minpata Project actively working both domestically and internationally.
